Local 542’s main office is in Fort Washington, PA. where the JATC office is located and much of our classroom training is held. Our program has been registered with the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware since 1965.

The Glenmoore heavy equipment operator training school is located on 52 acres in southeastern Pennsylvania.

The Bernville heavy equipment operator training school  is located on 160 acres in northern Pennsylvania. It features repair shops, classrooms, and limited housing for apprentices.

The Wilkes Barre heavy equipment operator training school is located on 140 acres in northern Pennsylvania.

The Harrisburg heavy equipment operator training school rests on 144 acres of land in central Pennsylvania overlooking the Susquehanna River.
