The 15th annual Tradeswomen Build Nations (TWBN) conference was held in September drawing 6,000 tradeswomen to Chicago. Over 200 IUOE members from across North America attended the conference which showcased the growing influence of women in the skilled trades and provided a platform for leadership development, mentorship, and solidarity.
