Annie Menoscal
International Representative
Annie Menoscal is a 22-year active member of IUOE Local 30 with a long-standing career at JFK International Airport. She began her career in 2004 at JFK Airport, Terminal 4, as a mechanic and was promoted to Lead Engineer in 2007.
In 2019, Annie served as Assistant Shop Steward, taking on an active role in representing members and supporting contract enforcement. She was elected Shop Steward in 2022, continuing her commitment to union leadership and advocacy.
In May 2023, Annie transferred to JFK Airport, building 209, where she currently works as a Fire Technician. She was appointed Shop Steward at this location in October 2023 and has remained dedicated to representing Local 30 members on the job.
In late 2020, Annie made history by becoming the first woman elected to the IUOE Local 30 Executive Board, a position she continues to hold with pride and responsibility.
Outside of work, she is deeply dedicated to her family and in her free time, she enjoys kayaking, to keep her active and connected to the outdoors.
