Charlie Singletary
Sixth Vice President
Elected as International Vice President in October 2018. Charlie has been a member since 1989 and has served as Business Manager of Local 564 since 1998. Previously, he served as the Vice President of the Texas AFl-CIO, Chairperson of the Greater Houston Area Labor Employment Research Association, Secretary Treasurer of the Texas State Branch, and on the Executive Board of the North Central States Conference. He has been the President of the Texas State Branch since 2001, on the Executive Board for Area Labor Federation since 2016, and Secretary Treasurer for the North Central States Conference since 2018.
