David K. Sikorski
Fourteenth Vice President
Elected as an International Vice President in 2025, after serving as an International Trustee since 2022. He became an Operating Engineer Apprentice In 1995 and graduated from the program In 1999. David worked In the grading Industry throughout Southern California, helping to construct projects like Diamond Valley Lake and the lvanpah Solar Generating Facility. He was hired as a representative of the Operating Engineers Contract Compliance Trust In 2013 and subsequently hired two years later by Local 12 as a Business Representative. He has served as a delegate to the Riverside/San Bernardino Building Trades Council, the California Assembly Speaker's Commission on Labor Education, the Imperial County Building Trades Council, and the Cal-Nevada Conference of Operating Engineers. In 2018, David graduated from the Harvard Trade Union Program. Appointed to the Office of Financial Secretary In 2020. Appointed to the Office of Business Manager and elected Vice President of the California State Building Trades In 2022.
