Douglas W. Stockwell
Fifth Vice President
Elected as International Vice President in August 2015, Stockwell is a third generation Operating Engineer. Joining the Michigan Operating Engineers Local 324 in 1998, Stockwell operated equipment in the building and heavy highway industries. His role in the field for Local 324 included member activist, Steward, Bull Steward, Craft Foreman and Foreman. He is now Chairman of the Local 324 Journeyman & Apprentice Training Fund, Operating Engineers Local 324 Pension Fund and Secretary of the Operating Engineers Local 324 Health Care Plan. Douglas Stockwell was elected Business Manager of Local 324 in August 2012.
