Michael Gallagher
Second Vice President
Elected as International Vice President in March 2011. Previously served as a trustee since October 2005. He has been Business Manager of Local 793 in Ontario, Canada since October, 1996. He joined the Local in May 1985 and worked as an operator for several years. Michael Gallagher also was appointed by the director of provincial training to the Special Advisory Committee on Apprenticeship Representing Civil Trades. He also is a past director of the Multi-Employer Benefits Council of Canada.
