Patrick J. Kelly

Elected International Vice President in 2021, Patrick Kelly has been an IUOE member since 1990. In 1990, Pat began as a Local 399 Organizer. He served as Local 399’s Treasurer and Financial Secretary since 2012 until serving as Business Manager in February 2021. Patrick Kelly has also served as the Managing Director of Local 399's Educational Training Fund since 2012. Patrick Kelly serves on the Executive Board of the Chicago Federation of Labor. He has a BA degree in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University. Patrick Kelly is also the Chairman of Local 399's Health & Welfare fund and the Trustee-at-Large for the Midwest Coalition of Labor Board of Directors.
