Timothy E. Eggen
Trustee
Elected as an International Trustee in October 2026. He joined IUOE Local 39 in 1996, beginning his career as a Utility Engineer and advancing to Chief Engineer. Tim has served as Local 39’s Business Agent, Director of Training, Director of Stationary Affairs, and Assistant Business Manager before being appointed Business Manager in 2024. He graduated from the Local 39 Apprenticeship Program in 2001 and completed the Harvard Trade Union Program in 2011. He also serves as Chairman of Local 39’s Pension and Health & Welfare Funds and President of the Local 39 Scholarship Fund.
