William M. Lynn
Eighth Vice President
Elected as International Vice President in October 2019, after serving as an International Trustee since 2017. He is the Business Manager and Financial Secretary of Local 30 and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Local 30 Benefit Funds, offices he has held since 2014. He joined Local 30 in 1990 as an Apprentice and served as Shop Steward, Lead Organizer, Business Representative and Recording-Corresponding Secretary. He is a Trustee of the IUOE New York State Conference and Recording-Corresponding Secretary of the IUOE New York City Coalition. He is a graduate of the Cornell Leadership Institute.
